Jail Ministry - Worship Services and Bible Studies
We have been blessed to have God open doors at the Prentiss County Jail that has allowed the word to be spread there. Jim Estes, Associate Minister and Elder, coordinates assignments of rotating volunteers who meet every Sunday at 8:00 AM to hold separate services for the men and women. In addition, to these worship services, bible studies are held weekly for the ladies at 1:00 PM and men at 2:00 PM, as well as every third Sunday evening for ladies at 7:00 PM and men at 8:00 PM. Many responses and baptism occur through this ministry and we are working hard to follow up with these individuals once they are transferred to another facility or are released.
